Calories in Rice

Rice, a common food found in our diet, obviously do contain calories...
but different type of rice have different calories.. dun ask me abt japanese rice, thai rice etc.. this i yet to have information, but 'll research if possible.. anyway for a start, just the calories of the normally eaten rice in our diet

Oh my god~! hime love Nasi Brynani with Chicken!! i guess i have to try my best to swap for white rice whenever possible~
